Gary Luongo was our buyer's agent when we bought several investment properties in Somerville. We were new to buying investment properties, and Gary educated us throughout the process. He helped us find the right properties, gave us advice on their value and rental income, and helped us negotiate the deals. He was also very knowledgeable about any renovation requirements and costs. Each property was an excellent choice, with substantial rental incomes and increases in value since the purchase. He was also the nicest person to work with. We could not be more pleased

Work with this experienced broker!!! We met Gary through a walk in to the Huron Village Coldwell Banker office. We had wanted to buy in Cambridge but were finding ourselves priced out of the market. Gary was personable and we felt at ease with immediately. He had worked and lived in the area for 20+ years and was familiar with neighborhoods that were poised to pop due to gentrification. He guided us to areas near public transit and showed us homes that were both fixer uppers and turnkey which helped us get acclimated quickly to price/value in the Somerville and Cambridge areas. Once we selected a place, we were even more surprised to learn that 20 years in the business meant he knew the selling broker, could recommend a closing attorney and had in-office financing (we didn't use, but was nice to compare). Overall it was a great experience. We lived in our condo for 8 years until Gary helped us on a whim buy a second home in Melrose MA. He guided us through a family letter, negotiations and some quirks that came up with the inspector (radon). We need more honest assessment and realistic brokers in the market.

As an out of state seller, Gary kept the sale moving in all aspects. He had a thorough knowledge of the market, professionally handled all the offers and ultimately got us $100k over list price. In addition, he coordinated estate sale company, final move out and engaged a contractor for the needed repairs and upgrades. I highly recommend him.
